PINNACLE PLACE OWNERS AND GUESTS
Safety and Emergency Information
All units are equipped with smoke detectors on each level as well as a high heat and low heat sensor.
DO NOT attempt to disconnect an interior fire alarm or temperature sensor.
All units are equipped with floor and baseboard electric heaters. Although the system is UL approved and safe if used properly, make sure everyone in your party is aware that nothing should be placed on or adjacent to the floor or baseboard heaters. That includes doors, clothing, furniture, bedding, luggage, etc. Be mindful of items in the bunk room, in particular, falling on the baseboard heaters.
Always place the fire-retardant rug, which is provided, directly in front of the fireplace when in use.
CALL 911 in case of fire, medical or other emergency.
In case of fire, vacate your unit immediately and
notify your neighbors as you exit the premises.
SMOKE DETECTORS/FALSE FIRE ALARMS:
Vent the affected area by opening windows, doors and fanning smoke away from the alarm.
Signal will stop as soon as smoke has cleared.
Please contact in case of disturbance or other non-emergent situations.
We respectfully request that owners and guests comply with all state and federal laws
related to the use of regulated drugs as well as the use and possession of alcohol and tobacco products.
