Owners and guests may not enter a unit prior to 5 PM on owner-turnover Fridays. This is a Master Deed policy and subject to a $200 assessed cost in accordance with the current Stop & Go Cleaning Solutions contract if not respected. The short six-hour window on owner-turnover Fridays provides time for housekeeping and maintenance to be completed. Additionally, the housekeeping supervisor makes a final check of each unit at the end of that time period.
Intent to occupy a unit is to be made by the owner with Glen Arbor Outdoor via email to [email protected] providing a minimum two-week notice. GAO will provide receipt confirmation. Please see the document ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE OCCUPANCY NOTIFICATION GUIDELINES for more detailed instructions. There are additional assessed costs for failing to notify GAO of intent to occupy a unit.
Housekeeping is provided on owner turnover days only. Extra bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels are not available beyond what is normally provided for a nine or ten person occupancy over a two-week stay.
Owners and guests must depart the unit by 11 AM on owner-turnover Fridays. This is a Master Deed policy and is subject to an assessed cost of $200 according to the current Stop & Go Cleaning Solutions contract if not respected.
Outdoor grilling is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Trailers and boats may be parked in The Homestead lots near Whiskers, but may not be parked in the Pinnacle Place parking lot. Two vehicles per unit are allowed. Larger vehicles and trucks should use the first few spaces on the left as you enter the parking lot.
